Looking for riding mower on Facebook Marketplace. Ad popped on screen offering discounted riding mowers. Paid for riding mower. Was shown through process that I could make contact in 24 hrs to get tracking number. Contact not successful. Phone number, email, & chat didn’t work. Contacted bank to address concern. Was sent several “no reply” emails claiming order confirmation, tracking number ready, order in transit, out for delivery, & delivered yet I never got the riding mower. Notified bank again about failure to deliver.
