Friends, I too have been a victim of this company. Ordered the scrubber In August 2020. They took the money off my account immediately & sent an email that your order # 16964has been processed and shipped with tracking number : JCR9999831644TH. Upon trying to track the same, was informed that they use many shippers & the actual number is being updated & will be sent to me. This was the same message i received on 10/06/20. The last message i have is following:

Friends, this is the height of scam. They also removed the ad from facebook too. I had posted my review on that. Please be aware of this company. I pray that others don't fall into this trap. To compound misery , they only have an email address & the phone that does not work. Please be careful. I lost $69.00.

I placed an order July 14, 2020, it’s now October 19, 2020! I have no product and no refund! I’m out $50 for something I ordered to hopefully improve my health. I was ripped off! Maicy, whoever you really are, I pray you and everyone involved in this scam pay for what you’ve done to me and I see countless others! God don’t like ugly!

Made a purchase 9 months ago and they keep sending responses to emails from “Maicy” who is clearly a fake. They took my money and never received anything. First one ‘got lost’ by courier. Replacement shipped but never sent.

Total fake company. Do not buy from them

Do not order from this company it is a fake and you will never get the product you ordered and the phone number they provided is nothing but a voicemail box thats always full and you will never be able to talk to any one. I ordered from this company back on july 18th 2020 and never received my product and never talked to anyone.

I placed this order back in June and it took over 3 months to receive my order and when i did it was broken. I sent an email and this is the reply that I received back. I'm currently starting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau:

We are sorry your order is taking so long to arrive!

We are currently experiencing setbacks due to extremely high order volume and also due to COVID-19 pandemic. There has been an influx of delays and complications. Although upon checking, your order has been shipped and is currently in transit.

Your patience is much appreciated. Keep safe!

I order from crunch forced on July 10,2020 and they delivered it to the wrong address, the address they say it was delivered to is a vacant lot I checked with the post office, now I’m getting the run around about a refund of my &122 I’m contacting BBB I’m located in Las Vegas Nevada

Two months ago ordered product but after submitting the order it showed a total of almost $229. I must have hit wrong buttons some where so IMMEDIATELY cancelled order. They said i didn't cancel within 24 hours and products would b on the way. Several emails later no different response. I told them i would refuse order when it came. To my knowledge products were not delivered. I did put a note on my door that if it was delivered i was refusing it and don't leave. Found a phone number on my credt card statement. Called - said mailbox full but then said to leave my phone number. ? Trying to figure out what to do next

I ordered product online that was advertised on a facebook page called robinsmotive. They took my money. I didnt receive a order confirmation after a week. I called a fake telephone number that went straight to a voicemail & left a message. Then I emailed them & they emailed me a fake confirmation. A couple days later they sent a text saying they tried to deliver it but no one was home at 9:30pm. I was home. Bottom line this website is a fake.

My mother found their no-rinse cleaning product on a Facebook ad and asked me to purchase for her. That was July 1st of this year. I was sent an e-mail with a tracking number for a company called JCEX on July 12th. It is now August 28th and I still do not have the product. I am reporting this to the BBB. Do not order from this company!

On July 1st I purchased a product from Crunch Forcer-an all purpose rinse-free cleaning spray. On July 12th I received an e-mail saying the product had been shipped. It is now August 28th and no product. I have contacted them more than once only to be told:

"We are sorry your order is taking so long to arrive! Please allow time for your tracking to update. We do have cases where the tracking may not update but item will still arrive on time. As of the moment, delivery may take up to 28 business days, and in rare cases 30+ business days. But rest assured your items will be delivered. Your patience is much appreciated. Keep safe! Maicy"

and

There is no tracking information on this link. And there was no tracking information on the original shipping e-mail other than it could be tracked by downloading the Shop App. There was no tracking information available there either. I can no longer find the ad on Facebook where I originally saw it, and there is no follow-up on "where the product is". I spent $25.94 on this supposed product and now believe that I have been scammed.

I purchased a cleaning product online from crunch Force and the tracking number provided was YYGHY0000006296YQ. The order number is 9617 shipped to Pamela Matthews 843 S Longmore Apt 1112 Mesa Arizona 85202. The purchased date is May 11th 2020 for $33.54. I've contacted the United States postal service and I was informed that the tracking number provided is not a valid US postal service tracking number. The delivery date was June 30th supposedly delivered at 2:39 p.m. In/At my mailbox. It was not left at my door and the rental office is not receiving packages for any of the residents. I provided this information via email to crunch Force and the last date of correspondence from them was July 8th 2020 signed by someone named Marci.

I ordered an item 2 months ago, and they took my money, i emailed them and they just keep blowing me off. I ask for a refund and have not given my money back they ignored me. I called the number they provided and there is not anyone to talk to. I just dont want this to happen to me or anyone also after dealing with me they blocked and shut down thier Facebook ads and they cant be found on a website all i have is the email they used.
