I clicked on an ad that popped up in my gaming app. I ordered a 12-pack of women's tank tops. After 22 days, the China Post tracking showed "Delivered on Sunday." So obviously, the tracking information was falsified. Since I had paid extra for "Shipping Protection" and did NOT receive the package, I emailed support requesting them to resend my order. Three days later, I got a response from "Lucy" ([email protected]) saying that they would not be resending my order because it was already "Delivered."
