I placed an order for a chromebook on April 7th for homeschooling use due to the Covid-19 and school closures. Walmart processed my order and took the $236.00 out of my account. I have not recieved my chromebook and have tried numerous times to get in contact with someone about my order. I called walmart, they told me it was a dispute with their shipping comping crossway distribution ltd. I tried calling crossway, I can't get through. I tried emailing numerous times, no response. They send me an email April 19th saying they "found" my item and it wasn't given to UPS and wanted to know if I still wanted my item. To please respond within a day. I did replay the next morning and have yet to hear anything back. I went on the website crossway distribution ltd and then reviews all say something about this place being a scam that take people items. I an utterly disgusted that Wal-mart would use a company like this. I need my chromebook for home schooling. Wal-mart has charged my card the money and I have not received anything. I will keep pursuing this until something it done and I get my chromebook. I will turn to the media, social media I will ask for help anywhere so I can get my item that was paid for.
