They are harassing my cousin in law for money as well...this place is a joke...

I received voicemails on 10/6/21 and again on 10/12/21 from a Carey (or Kerry) Bailey from CSNW (Creditors Specialty Northwest, Inc.), requesting I return her call ASAP. She did not say what she was calling about, and did not identify herself as representing a collections agency (I researched the acronym online). On 10/12, I also received a letter from a Tracy Breding at CSNW-- the letter advised I owed a "debt" of $101.51 and asked for payment by phone, mail, or online via credit card or personal check. Nothing on the letter indicated what the debt was for, referring only to "Market District Parking Services," which meant nothing to me. I wrote CSNW a letter dated 10/13/21 (see attached), in which I requested a detailed invoice and expressed my suspicion that this might be a scam. To my knowledge, I have no legitimate debt incurred which would be turned over to a collection agency. I advised that I'd be notifying the Eugene Police Dept. as well as BBB.
