I signed up for a Creative Fabrica B.V. subscription because it was advertised as a 30-day free trial. I did not download, purchase, create, generate, or use any products or services. I only briefly looked at the website and canceled the subscription within approximately three minutes. Despite canceling immediately, I discovered multiple attempted charges from Creative Fabrica B.V. on my Wells Fargo bank account. I did not authorize these charges or consent to any paid subscription. Because I was concerned about the repeated billing attempts, I deleted my Creative Fabrica account. I still have bank records showing the attempted charges, as well as emails and other documentation related to the account and cancellation. I am reporting this because unauthorized billing attempts continued despite my immediate cancellation of the advertised free trial. I am requesting that these billing practices be investigated.

I signed up for a trial on a subscription. They added another subscription and charged me for the whole year. I reached out as soon as they charged me and asked for a refund because I did not want the subscription. They continually ignored my emails to refund so now I am in a dispute for the charge which they are challenging me.
