Received a robocall from Avery ***** from Duval County Processor stating they were attempting to serve me with a court summons. The call came from 904-944-3518 and the name on the ID Caller was Linda *****. The caller asked me to call 866-731-1179 for Laura ******. Double checked with Duval County Clerk of Courts and they confirmed it was a scam.

"This is Jacob Walker with process service dispatch and we are making our final attempt to serve a court summons to the property address attached to this phone record. The documents require signature for proper service and delivery. Someone over the age of 18 must be present and available contact the fir the legal firm filing the case against you for further information. At 18669601618. Remember any failure to communicate with the office will result in be penalties and fines under title 18 section 15 01 willful evasion of service."

I received a call saying I had a court summons and a processor would serve me today. They asked me to call 1 (855) 259-6706 to find out information which the person was very rude and hateful, would not send any information to me and stated "they don't do that, I'd be served today and hung up". They had a ton of my information and I have never received any information regarding what they speak of.
