They sent me the same shirt. I’m sure my Future doesn’t wanna wear a hoodie that says “I like HIS beard”🙄 they won’t correct it or respond

Product ordered and paid for but NEVER received.

I have ordered two t-shirts a month ago and haven’t received anything so far. Once contacting customer service I’ve always been told the product has been delivered. The package is no where to be found. Lost €59, and lots of my nerves. Not fair!

i placed an order with couples choices on November 7th for a wedding set... got no response as to shipping they have no phone number for customer service. the took $50.00 out of my account Big Time Scam.. Iam better off looking some where else and dont know how to get my money back.

Couples choice is a scam

They are scammers... The rings are junk from China..they get them from China and send there cheap box with it. Takes forever to get them and u can't track them at all... Customer service doesn't help at all... I ordered 2 sets and only got 1 a month later... And still waiting for second 1... And u can get the same rings on Amazon for $15... They are scammers don't order from them... They will not give u ur money back either..

Absolute scam! Lost $60USD

These guys are scammers! I ordered matching hoodies for the valentines, but never got my package! The customer service is horrible like they don't give a sh** about you, repeatedly saying that it is marked as "delivered" and I should ask my neighbors if somebody took it! What a joke!
So I had to investigate it myself, search all the tracking information (from multiple delivery services, starting from the Chinese one, where those items are originally sent from, no wonder), I found out the timing of the "delivery" and it said that between "out for delivery" and "delivered" in my city was just 50 seconds gap. Like if it was thrown to the garbage or just taken by the courier (if he ever even existed)!
Customer service is not helpful, and apparently I m not getting my money back! I feel robbed and scammed!

I bought X2 hoodies and X2 t-shirts what it reads on their site is it's all good quality cotton and upon receiving my hoodies they were absolutely crap! And the t-shirts I was supposed to get Havent arrived or they got stolen as when they supposedly arrived I was away on holiday wasn't taken to the post office just left there and now they won't refund me or replace I'm going to make a formal complaint about this

Complete scam. I ordered a pair of tshirts 4 months back and I still have not received it. When I email the website they say it is stuck at some port due to the pandemic. Moreover they fool you with the coupon codes so that they can extract more money out of you. Kindly report this to Instagram Incase you got their link through Instagram.

i found this web site coupleschoices.com on line placed an order supposed to be a rose teddy bear they said allow ten days for delivery with only means of communication by email its been two months and still no product they will respond by email but leave no phone number they will continually insist you to be patient and claim they are in touch with their shipper I believe this web site to be a complete scam they try to influence you with coupon codes to make additional purchases while you wait!!

I ordered shirts from here and they are completely different then advertised. I asked for a full refund and they refuse to send me my money back. I ask for a return label and they refuse to send one. Do not buy from them.

The print is on the belly not the chest and it looks horrible.

This was their reply: Hi,

Please allow us to be completely transparent with you. During the last few weeks our main manufacturer in China stopped production due CoronaVirus. As a result, we had to find a solution for our Customers asap to make sure they all receive their shirts around Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, we failed with our Quality control and a lot of shirts which were delivered aren't ones we are proud off. It’s our fault and we are responsible for the Inferior quality. At this point, since our main manufacturer is still waiting for permission to get back to work, we can't offer any returns service.

I placed an order for 2 couples hoodies (king and queen) on January 26th I got an email saying thank you for your order and a few other emails with them trying to get me to buy more items but never received an email saying that my order has been shipped. I placed my order with this company on December 7th, they took $36 out of my account on December 9th...I have yet to receive an order confirmation number or tracking number. I’ve emailed them several times and get no response. Then I get on here to find out that they do this quite a bit. They are scammers! Do not purchase anything from them!
