I paid $40 for a product and $25 for express delivery shipping on 1/6/2025. My order is now delayed and "missing items", and COS refuses to refund or replace the initial purchase and the express delivery fee, which guarantees shipping by 1/8. I am now out $70. Be wary of purchasing from this brand! You may never get your product or money back.
