I Made an online purchase of Male Enhancement Gummies to gain some strength for $39.99 on my Citi Credit card. CitiCard transferred the purchase to a new card and did not send me any statements for the new card. The amount they transferred was $339.99 and shortly afterwards attempted to transfer another fraudulent charge of $275.00 to the new card. In neither instance was I informed that these were questionable charges and the first charge was taken from my bank account. The second charge of $275 had not been charged to my bank account. and I was able to stop the charge. I contacted Citi Card Fraud department and sent them the information. MicroBioBrands did not provide me with any receipt and CitiCard has declined to pursue this fraudulent charge because I did not have a receipt. The phone numbers of MicroBioBrands is shown on the CitiCard statement are 866-321-4187 and 866-848-1623. The phone number shown on the bottles of their product is 855-618-2632. None of these numbers are declined by my phone company as not valid numbers. Their email, Contact@MicroBioSupport,com is not a valid email address. Citi Card has refused to repay me and has removed the temporary credit that they once provided, but removed since I do not have a receipt. I have sent Faxes to them with the all the details several times and have spoken with CitiCard Fraud department people numerous times, but they have done nothing to repay me.
