Caller said she was Dana with the Consumer Relief Center and that I had applied for a 35k hardship approval. Here is the transcript: "Hi, this is Dana with Consumer Relief Center and I'm calling regarding your loan you applied for last year. Uh we do have a new program and a $35,000 approval. It is a hardship approval and different from a conventional loan. Uh, give me a call when you have a little bit more time and I'd be happy to explain how this works. Not sure if your circumstances have changed or if you need the funds, I can be reached at 802-278-4767. That number again is 802-278-4767. Once again, my name is Dana and I look forward to hearing back from you."
