Signed up online on Kickprep.com to watch HS football game online- they charged $1.00 then (they wanted CC acct) confidentialvpn kept popping up - could never watch the game- game was played in Jackson, OH- then the next day I see the charge for subscription to the VPN site- I was able to cancel membership- I hope- I have email from that- when trying to contact CO- the chat box of course doesn’t work- u call & of course automated then say they’ll connect to representatives but then doesn’t happen-just a recording- the name given for the charge person was Brittany Burch(whom I don’t know)
