"pay online" option gives zero credibility. You cannot locate your bill, the only option for payment is by entering your invoice number along with the amount simply listed on the paper bill. There is no way to verify the correct amount. There is no claim filed through insurance and no way to provide them with my insurance information. The only way to submit payment is by using a credit card, you cannot write a check or pay with an HSA card. There is zero credibility to this bill and no way to contact anyone to obtain further information or verify the legitimacy of it.
