Sylvester (Gerald) Bivins claims he helps clients get grants. He took a $250 app fee and promised it was guaranteed- never provided updates, blocked my sister and I for us to find out it was considered “invalid filing”. He had multiple business names which after researching finding they are invalid and he claims to be in between Texas and Daytona due to travel for business. We started this process with Gerald in October 2022 and we are now in Feb 2023 without contact as well as no return for what we applied for. There was a referral program for clients to be sent to him and I have not received anything in regards to that as well. I have been knowing him since 2012 and I did not expect for him to do this to myself or family.
