unfortunately just like many others i fell for the possibility and chance that this was actually going to happen a little puppy was going to arrive they are believable and will make sure they sell the dream but on the day the puppy is to arrive hit you with some BS cause they fd up providing the wrong crate which ofcourse doesnt make sense when you think about it logically these individuals have done this for 14 years and made a mistake like this but boom its a ploy to get you to send more $$$$$$ and a fake sob story to get you to send additional money for a fake son to go to the fake shipping company which i would have sent but thankfully i had some people check me like cummon its a little suspicious dont you think ? which made me be like no not me right but wrong yeah i snapped out of it like dayum they got me they fn got me soooo now i gotta wait 45-90 days to get the money back which is fine but if only i wouldnt have been so gullible to believe that i was going to get an affordable puppy for my kids & i whoever they are i hope karma finds them and they pay for doing this to so many people its wrong but clap clap clap they got away with it again.

Our story is the same as everyone else's ...paid almost $600 for a puppy named Luna and never received her! Lesson learned the hard way! Don't ever pay with gift cards! BUYER BEWARE!

Went there to get a shih tzu. Read there testimonies and they seemed legitimate but soon found it was a big lie. Lost $2400 for the puppy and shipping. It was a big ripoff. Do not believe anything u read or what they say I had to learn the lesson the hard way.

Same story. I was to buy the baby of the little because they were due to have another liter shortly. The pets name I was going to purchase “Nino”.

Scammers

Same treatment for me $580 for the dog and he would ship free with a coupon he has. Next morning shipper contacts me with the wood crate story it's not in complance so they wanted $995 dollars for a new crate before they would ship. I was stupid for not listening to others.

These people tried to pull the same same on me, also for Noni, LOL I said before I go any further with deposits or exchange of money, I want to run a background check. It's my company's policy for new vendors & new customers. Standard business practice.

Told them it would take less than a half hour for my finance guy to pull it up. All I need is their full legal name, address and phone number. That's it. Of course they refused saying they were insulted. They said they were good Christians. I said the jails are full of good Christians, I said why can't you share your info? This is common business practice and I thought it odd that they don't list their full name and address on their website. Also, what company doing business for 25 years wants payment via AMEX gift cards, seriously. Obviously a TOTAL SCAM. Shame on you for taking advantage of people.

PLEASE READ ALL THESE EMAILS FROM THIS CLASSIC SHIHTZU PUPPIES WEBSITE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS! THESE ARE THE FEES THAT THEY ASKED ME TO PAY AND TOTAL UP TO OVER 5K AND I DON'T HAVE A PUPPY! THEY USE "USHIP PUPPY TRAVEL PET SERVICE" BUT THEY ARE SCAMMERS, ALL THE SAME PEOPLE, THERE IS NO SHIPPER.

Your puppy was tested and confirmed for delivery with a comprehensive exam and treatment. Also your shipper brought along an Ownership document, Feeding recipe, Vet check papers, Registration papers and a Health guarantee document.
Due to the fluctuation in temperature, and taking into consideration that the weather condition; precipitation, humidity and wind condition is completely different from where the puppy was born and where it is travelling to, its normal and certain that this changes can strongly affect your puppy. Also, we need a secured crate that would prevent your puppy from getting any possibility of COVID-19 exposure.

We wish to notify you that, the Basket crate that the puppy was brought in to our local facility wasn't an airline approved crate as per our new shipping policy for COVID-19 safety. The seller brought the puppy inside a wooden basket crate which isn't Kennel approved for shipping. (A COVID-19 free / Temperature Control Crate is required) and without this travel crate we can't ship your puppy.

Your state has pet laws and must be strictly followed. Pet abuse or abandonment is a criminal offense in the US and one may be fined or jailed for it. However, we do not want any of our customers to be victimized by this concept of pet cruelty. We advise you treat this matter with some urgency and get back to us as soon as possible.

The cost of the Refundable Travel Crate Policy calculated by our billing specialist is as listed below.

THIS CRATE FEE IS 100% REFUNDABLE TO THE RECEIVER OF THE PET/S/DOG UPON ARRIVAL.

The Refundable CRATE Fee are Calculated Below...

We offer electronic crates at our agency. Also, we don't sell these crates to our customers rather we offer them on caution terms to safeguard pets on flight. The money paid for this crate would be fully reimbursed to the receiver. You have to pay a caution fee of $995 and as soon as we arrive at your nearest airport or at your home address, we would reimburse your funds as soon as you show us your identification as the receiver of the puppy. We would deliver your puppy and would take our rented Ventilated Crate back as soon as your money is reimbursed.

Your puppy is scheduled to arrive your destination by 10pm Today, so we would refund your money as soon as the puppy arrives.

-Ventilated Electronic Airline Approved Crate refundable fee: $995.00

-Total Amount to be reimburse: $995.00

TOTAL MONEY TO BE PAID: $995.00
EXPECTED AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED TO YOU UPON DELIVERY: $995.00

How Reimbursements Work

typically pet insurance and Crate provider uses one of the three methods in determining reimbursements: listed below:

* CASH (When Pet courrier arrives your home)

* BANK TRANSFER

Let us know once you are ready to make payments so we can send you our payment details for urgent money transfer so your puppy don't miss flight schedule.

Thanks for using and trusting our services.

I purchased a puppy from this guy too with the exact sales contract above. The price originally cost 580$ but during shipping, they were asking for a special crate which is a refundable 995$. I sent once but the shipper said it took too slow, told me to make a payment to the breeder and the breeder will bring to the shipper. I made another payment of 995 to the breeder to bring to the shipper. He later said she needs some sort of insurance and told me to transfer another $700. After all that was done, they said the puppy was late and missed the flight. They kept the puppy there at the airport with the pet nanny and asked that I send another $600 for food and accommodation for the dog before they can do a final shipment. I went and got two Amex cards like he told me for 300 each. That isn't ended there, few hours later, they told me the puppy stopped at Charlotte airport and that she needs some sort of life insurance. Told me to go get another 1,200 worth of gift cards and send to them. Stupid me, I did all that and then realized i just got scammed. I lost a total of over 5K with no puppy :-( I went and research online, the same puppy NiNo has been bought by multiple people here. I also made up an email and asking for the same Nino puppy to see if it is available, and sure enough, he sent out the same email like he did for me the first time and saying that she is available. I am very mad at myself for not listening to my husband in the first place! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO BUY PUPPIES, THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE MONEY. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHES AND MONEY BY FINDING A REPUTATIONAL ONLINE WEBSITE, MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH PRIOR TO GETTING THE PUPPY. BEST JUST TO FIND A LOCAL PLACE WHERE YOU CAN MAKE A VISIT AND SEE YOUR PUP IN PERSON. I REPEAT ! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

This [censored] who Identified himself as Cayleb wanted to sent us a [censored]zu pup via free air freight for a 40 percent discount "because they were due for another whelping of their b[censored]. So we were supposed to send only 580 via American Express Card-just send a photo of the card and "then put it in the mail after you get your pup." I'll bet the serial of the card is prominently displayed on the back or something. Or we could wire money using Western Union, or pay via Scam[censored]z.com. Alert--they don't accept PayPal or any other credit card payment like Visa. Probably since Visa actively investigates. Befor I purchased the A.E. card I decided to investigate a little more since this guy did not provide his last name, telephone, nor address only his email (([email protected]). Then I found this page! You have saved me $ 580. Thank You!

A Mr. Caleb Davidson sent me a contract with the AKC logo on it. He wanted me to send money with a American Express card in amounts of $300.00 & $280.00. It was for a pup named Luna. ALL OF THIS IS FAKE. A FRAUD WITH TRYING TO Buy A PUPPY. It’s upsetting but I had my best girlfriend check this out before I sent money. And now I’m warning everyone...please...don’t use these people. You will lost money & not get your little fur baby. I was in love with Luna! I asked to be sent another female to compare the markings & didn’t get any response. I told them I thought their site might be a scam & they told me no & sent comments from others about how happy they were with this breeder. Of course that wasn’t enough since it was the same comments on the website. I’m just so thankful for my friend who told me it was a fraud. Don’t go there no matter how much you want a puppy!?

They are still active on the web. I am about to buy a Shih Tzu, then decided to check on their credential and found out they are scammers.
Thank you very much for posting these scams and I am sorry for your loss. I hope they will be caught. Cheating and stealing never last long. Things go around, will come around.

ATTEMPTED FRAUD of 600 ADVANCE DEPOSIT BEFORE I COULD SEE THE PUPPY ASKED OF ME AND GAVE THEM $0. REQUESTED ADDRESS, PHONE, HEALTH RECORDS OF PUPPY, PICTURES OF PUPPY WHEN BORN AND PARENTS, HEALTH RECORDS OF PUPPY AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED. THEY SAY THEY ARE BASED IN ATLANTA AND FURTHER REVIEW OF THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE SCAMMED HUNDREDS OF INNOCENT VICTIMS OUT OF TENS OF THOUSANDS. IN GOOGLE. BUYERS BEWARE AND DONT FALL FOR TRAP OF GIVING THEM DEPOSITS AND NOT GETTING PUPPY!’

I was trying to get another puppy due to my anxiety and emotional problems I sent them a deposit $300 and told them I was not paying anymore until the puppy was in hand and then expected by me they went Taking it to the shipping place and they contacted me and said they needed $1500 more so that they could ship in the right crate I need then I was scammed and I did nothing but cry these people need to be stopped and thrown in jail

I also almost fell for the scam. For two days now Caleb Davidson, who supposedly lives at 1080 Oak St SW Atlanta, Georgia 30310 (looked it up on google earth and doesn't look like a dog breeders house), has been corresponding with me over email. Sounded legitimate until I asked him or her today to "give me a call and we would discuss the payment and just touch base with him about the the transfer and such." Well, he or she sent me a txt and an email and stated that he or she "could not talk on phone" which made me a bit skeptical about the whole situation. He or she also sent me a contract through email: the exact same one posted on this site but changed up just a bit. I didn't really look too hard at the difference in the websites that were on it as I was reading the body of the contract. After looking more closely I noticed there were spelling differences on the front page i.e.: www.classyshihtzu.com and www.classicshihtzu.com. So I decided to dig a little deeper. I could not find any Shih Tzu breeder in Atlanta GA by that name then I plugged the name of Classic Shih Tzu Breeder into google and found this website.THANK YOU ALL for posting to this site! I was "this close" to sending the money from my bank account to this scam artist. I am going to report this to the Nevada State Attorney General’s Fraud Department. Hopefully it will do some good and help prevent this from happening to someone else.

I, too, was scammed out of $400. Affordable and Healthy Shih Tzus , etc. they are located in Jacksonville, Florida. They wanted the money sent by Zelle through my bank. They seemed nice, but, I didn’t catch onto this scam until I had sent all my money. There were 3 delivery days and, each time, an excuse why they weren’t able to deliver to my home. I wanted to pay cash for final payment when I had the puppy in my home. No, they wanted me to put the money through Zelle. Only way they do business. 2nd delivery date set, scammer went to vet (supposedly) to get paperwork done. Scammer texted and said, they needed $150 more for transportation for the puppy or he couldn’t travel with the puppy...according to the vet...for security and he would give me back the $150 back upon delivery of puppy. Told him I didn’t have anymore money. He kept insisting and it got 2 late on second date that was set up. I said , let’s try for tomorrow as it had got so late in the day. He said, that would be better. I was able to com up with the money and he texted the next day, to send it through Zelle directly to the vet and was given the vets information and sent the $150, thinking I would get it back. End of texts through messages. I waited until 10:00pm for him to deliver my puppy and I knew I had been scammed. The dates were 1/29/2020 through 1:31/2020. Friday through Sunday. I typed a message on messenger saying I was aware of their scam and I wanted my money back...and, of course. No response! Next day, I sent an email to our Florida State Attorney General’s Fraud Department, advising them of this scam and company’s telephone number (I think) Tried calling vets telephone number and received a Spanish speaking man and asked if he was a vet. Heard someone coaching him what to say in the background, he kept saying, yah, yah on every question I asked.
Bottom line, these people are in Jacksonville, Florida. DO NOT DO BUSINESS IN REGARD TO BUYING A SHIH TZU PUPPY! Please! Whatever state you’re in, call your State Attorney General’s Fraud Department and report and report your incident to them. I noticed they are using other names of their scam! BUYER BEWARE! THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED FROM STEALING FROM US, immediately!

I too was scammed by them I also was buying nino and the got me for 300. I just want to cry

Don't use online puppy mills like this in the first place people!
My parents scammed out of $600, same as everyone elses stories above!
1) Don't ever use an untraceable payment method!
2) Why pay for an animal you've never seen!? How do you know its health and temperament?
3) Supporting puppy mills
4) Cruelty to animals being shipped long distances
do your research prior to buying from any website!
Id like to know WTF is being done to shut this damn site down!?

Hello, i live in Bucks County Pa. I wrote a beautiful story on my Two Shih Tzus i lost one December 12, 2020 Heart Broken with sobbs as i had just spent 3,000 in test.
I saw ClassicHome Shih Tzu site a what i thought tobe nice male & wife also, a contract told me to purchase two gift cards & sent to my phone a photo of what cards & receipts were to look like.

His name Antonino, i saw Dave Shih Tzu & was easing my Heartbrake over loseing my Mattie.

I was just about to contact Antonio, on Dave as i saw he was not sold. IT's 5:50am EST: if you could e-mail me on these people? He did same to me only Text or E-mail i tried to call it went to a Text type calling system odd to say the least. If i had a question only e-mail Text. This is the first i had seen this meaning what you went through.
I still have contract and pictures of cards receipts to have purchased.

I'm not understanding so this is a Puppy Mill.
This was my first time as my two Babies i went to a Breeder so to buy.

I'm sorry for you & your'es that this happened.

The only reason i had a hold up time im a first responder in a Hospital, was to have off as they were giving #5 from each Department Dec, Jan, but we spiked with Covid so back in.

I did purchase the Gift Cards, told same as yourself but was urgent we were needed at our Hospital to work.

I have a question lf you don't mind.

Is it ClassicShihTzuHome.com Same i was dealing with of you go to site you will see Dave, Shih Tzu i wanted. Did want a Black & White as my other to babies he Text next few months. Thank you, Andrea Slone, 215-219-0247 01/13/2021

I just filled out the same contract for Nino, but with Caleb Davidson as seller and a different address in Florida. $580.00 for her, He would let me have her for $500.00 all I had to do was get am American Express card at Walgreens for $300 deposit and take
a pic of it

I just filled out the same contract for Nino but them name of the "seller" is Caleb Davidson at classyshihtzubreeder.com. 580.00 but they were going to let me have her for 500.00, 300.00 for a deposit using an American Express card etc, take a pic than send it.

My friend had been wanting a dog for as long as I can remember. When she stumbled upon this website she was over the moon when she found it. I was a little suspicious after two weeks it still said all the dogs were 10 weeks old still. A few weeks later my friends decided to email Classic Shih Tzu, it said they would reply within 5 minutes, they never replied. Then a few days ago the website was down for a few hours but was back up the next morning. This morning my friend had found this, and she was devastated.

Sandra here. We picked out a beautiful pup Ran around all day getting ready for the pup. Last night at CVS i could not find the American Express cards and questioned three different people about what might be the correct cards. And they kept saying, do you think this is a Scam? Finally while waiting for the man to return my phone call, my eyes were opened. Why does he never answer the phone and then the Credit Cards that scammers want. Then i knew. I texted him and said that i am afraid he is a scam artist. Send the dog, i will pick it up at airport and then mail him a check or the two credit cards he wants. He said no, they are a reputable Business for 20 years and he cannot send the dog until he sees the cards. I told him he is shamefull and there will be a reckoning! Then i started looking for others that he would try to steal from and found it. Very sad. I could not sleep last night very well. Deplorable.

+4

I lost no money, I caught on to the scam before that happened but it was close. My story is like the others. I offered to drive to Pittsburgh to pick up the puppy with the full amount in cash but payment had to be in the form of 2 American Express gift cards and once the cards arrived I would then be given access to the puppy. He tried very hard to get me to have the puppy shipped and I would get him much faster that way, once the card arrived, of course. But I wouldn't agree to that. After the fact I have found some of the stories of deceit all having the same background.
