Clair jewelry promotes their goods as hand crafted. What was sent was equivalent to dime store junk. They promise a 30 day refund policy but in order to return the items you must first write a letter, fill out a form, pay an exorbitant amount to ship the items back to China with a tracking number, fill out another form and then wait until they contact you. It’s a scam.
