This is an online website advertised on Facebook. I ordered a product at the end of January and barely received it, which makes me think it came from overseas. The item was not as pictured and was at least 3 times too small. I've sent 2 emails to their customer service as well as 3 messages to their Facebook account, but no one replies back. The return address says Jane and then a NJ address. There were no invoices in the package or any information from the company.
