A person representing Spectrum called via phone to present new pricing for my existing service. In order to get new pricing, I had to purchase 2 cell phones and then cancel them. They said even if I returned the phones, I could still get the new pricing. I ordered the phones and returned them the same day. I looked up the address on the return shipping label they provided. It was 16 Eastwood Aven, Deer Park NY 11729 on google and it was an duplex that looked abandoned. At this point, I called the # listed on my Spectrum account and they confirmed I was scammed. I am contacting UPS now to see if I can get the cell phones redirected and sent back to me. I am so mad I fell for this. Travis Jones, ext 2006 was the first person I spoke with, Andy Gibson ext 2001 was the supervisor and Hayden White was the manager. All lies!!!! I hope you google the phone number 1-445-456-4183 and see this so you don't become their next victim.
