I thought I was purchasing two pieces of jewelry. I tried to cancel the order before the order was even processed but was informed I couldn't do that. I had to wait until I received the order and then I could return the items. Once I received the items I called to find out the procedure on how to make a return. After talking to several people someone finally gave me an email address to contact. I contacted that email address. They had me take pictures of the envelope it came in and the items inside the envelope (which were junk jewelry). I did that and sent it to them. Then they suggested I simply keep the jewelry and they would refund me $20. I told them that was not right. So they offered me 40% of what I paid. I said I would take nothing less than 55%. I haven't heard from them since and that was four days ago.

I ordered a ring that was supposed to be 3-Carat Infinity Twist Moissanite Ring. It is nothing like the picture. The prongs are not evenly spaced. It is not 925 silver and it looks like glass. I have requested a refund.

I learn of this supposedly merchant via advertisements on a game site. The site was selling handmade jewelry and appeared to be legitimate.
