This vendor is active on Etsy and from that storefront I linked to their website where I bought a ceramic piece. I received an order confirmation email but never received any other update. I emailed them twice: once via their contact page and then again via the email address. I also contacted them via their Etsy storefront and asked for their assistance. I received no response from either attempt to receive an update. At this time, given their lack of response, I can only assume this is vendor/ website is a scam and there is no intention to fulfill my order although payment has already been collected.
