I sent these scammers $14,700.00 for a Kubota Tractor. I checked all of there paperwork prior to the wire transfer it was confirmed they were a legal business. This happened 09/13/2022.

These people will take your money no questions asked ! Absolute thieves, don’t do anything with them no matter how real they seem ! It’s all a scam

These scammers use a website with very real pictures and videos that I guess they steal off other sellers . They will talk to you on the phone an email or text you . They send certificates of authenticity to prove that they are legit but that is also made up . They will send their address and tell you that you can come out and look at the equipment but there will of course be nothing there . Don’t be fooled by them . I looked quite a while but couldn’t find anything wrong with their whole thing until the very day I’d sent the money I found a bad review and it was already to late . Thankfully I didn’t go with the machine I’d originally been interested in but I still lost a lot of money! They will play around even after they have the money , they keep you updated on progress of shipping an the time of arrival but it will never show up .

Fraud narrative

From this scam website (www.ccctruckequipmentsales.com) They sell equipment trucks and tractors but never deliver the paid for equipment. That was my experience and many others.. Their fake business web site shows them to be from Draper Utah 840020. But it's fake and the website is out of Taiwan. Their website has a phone # (801-833-0370) for contact and when calling a real person who answers the phone goes by the name Marlina. Very helpful up to the time they get your money. She gave me all the details of the equipment and even sent me a video link from their website (also same video on you tube) of the exact equipment advertised that is on their website and also many pictures of the equipment I thought I bought. After receiving the money her communication stopped. I could not get her to answer my calls or texts for delivery updates. So after it didn't arrive on the date promised I called using a different phone. I didn't leave a message but she called me back on that number about 30 minutes later noting I called her and I'm sure she thinking it's a new customer. I then asked her why she wasn't returning my calls and she claimed she was too busy but that my equipment would be delivered to me. Didn't happen and no recourse using a wire transfer. Talk about red flags !! Now I know I been scammed.. Doing more research I found where many complaints were logged on the Bizapedia.com site which is a site where complaints are filed. On their fake website under "our team" are fake pictures of the owner and 2 other employees. Long pressing on their profile pictures google shows where else these pictures exist and obviously where they were stolen from.. The Marline picture was taken from a person who works in real-estate in New Jersey. When I did a 'whois' on the fake website to see where and who created it the data came up country of origin as Taiwan. The lady I spoke with, Marina, did have an accent. I found out this website had many negative scam reviews about the same fraud that I experienced... Bizapedia.com is where the negative reviews are written. Go there then put in the business name (CCC truck equipment sales Draper Utah 84020) to see the complaints. But what this scam website does so the negative scam reviews would not be seen is they write a very long 5 star review and even put special characters at the end to force a lot spacing after their fake 5 star review to keep the real negative ones from being seen easily.. The reviews that are put in last come up first so their fake very long 5 star ones are seen and they are counting on people not reading further.. I have completed an IC3 to the internal crime complaint center documenting this incident. Also contacted my bank's fraud unit but it appears I am going to be out of the money I sent. Any action you can take to alert others about this criminal business would be appreciated... Thank you..

I found bobcat on Craigslist in Wisconsin. So I called didn’t get a good feeling about their legitimacy . I ask about and airport to fly in they weren’t sure. Salt lake is 20 miles from the address The sales guy said 200 miles. He too offered me 1$ a mile after 1000 miles. I called some local dealers in the town of Draper Utah they never heard of them. So I called the Utah business bureau all they could say was they were a registered business with no bad complaints but had several inquiries. He recommended not sending any info or money without physical contact. My gut says they are Fake

We just bought our step deck from these guys and we were very pleased with EVERYTHING about them as a whole! Andy was our go to guy and he made the process of buying a new trailer a very pleasant experience! He was very upfront and honest..

Placed online order late at night and had live person call next day and review order to find I made a mistake and he got me exactly what I needed. The shipping was only bad experience of my transaction but CCC Truck Equipment can't be held responsible for FedEx screw ups. Have bought many tools from CCC drive line tools and slack adj. tools and have been completely satisfied with the service and the tools!Ordered this pump as it is intended for use with acetone etc. It failed in less than one week. Also, it weakened at the pickup tube junctions and broke off in the drum.

Item arrived in a timely manner as promised, the process of ordering was very easy. Will definitely use CCC Truck Equipment in the future. Great deals quality tools easy to order. No hassle great customer service and responsive to emails. I have always had great service when ordering tools and supplies from CCC. They have been very helpful with researching special applications to make sure I had the correct parts.

Been using this gauge for over three years at work. We bought it to service the tires on our jet. It always passes certification. Easy to use and the hose between the gauge and the self retaining chuck is 6 feet long. It is very durable and has a backlit screen as well. For the money nothing else comes close! That is why I just bought one for my own personal use on my own cars at home. My father also has one that he uses on his race car. You will love this gauge as much as we do!

Good experience with the company, I bought a 1988 CATERPILLAR 2 month ago, they shipped to my house, the price for the shipping was OK, and the delivery was really fast, I mean we received the tractor in 4 days. I spoke on the phone with an employee, Marina, which was really nice to me, informed me about all the facilities I have doing this deal with their company. Anyway, the price was $25,100, a good price for the machine, and I paid $700 for the delivery. Their driver took care all the way whit the machine, I received exactly as I saw it in the video, not any scratch. I am verry happy with this deal, if I will need any machine ever, I will choose this company for their services which I think are the best from all Central US. Also they included a bucket in the price, which was not in the first deal, that was a surprise for me, a thing that only the biggest company who know how to take care of their clients do. The manager, Michael, sent me email with information and kept me posted about everything, it's an active manager who really helps the business out. So, if you ever want, seriousness, punctuality and a safe deal, choose this company, you won't regret it.

My husband already sent them a wire transfer for a Bobcat. On the delivery date, they suddenly become unreachable, phone or email. THIS IS A BIG BIG SCAM. STAY AWAY!

This is a scam. They are the same Cleburne Truck and Equipment who already scammed us. We sent the a wire transfer and never receive the piece of equipment. They are advertising machines copied from real dealerships and they advertising way below the real please. Please report them.

Our lawyer has already opened a court complaint against this person. We can't let a fake review affect our reputation because a competitive company or an artificial person wants to destroy our reputation. We have been selling weekly for years, and nobody left any bad reviews, only an insane person who never contacted us. Justice will make it right; false information and review are against the law.

They advertised on Craigslist for Raleigh, NC. I had to call their Utah phone number and they texted me the website of their product. When I asked about them being in Utah and their post in Raleigh, they said they paid someone to advertise for them nationwide.

When I looked at their website and then looked for their address on Google, I could not find the business on Google maps or any other information. Everything they had said it was created in July 2022.

They said they kept normal business hours and this was late on Friday so they called me back later and said they ship the heavy equipment anywhere in the US for $1/mile over the first 1000 (which are free). Then they told me they accept cash at their office or that I could do a wire transfer.

This caused me to start researching and one website said the business was 35 years old, but there was nothing else to indicate it was created prior to July 2022. Then I found a news report (https://www.wtvy.com/2022/07/28/bbb-al-warns-craftiest-scam-theyve-ever-seen/) that was very similar to my experience and this image (https://ccctruckequipmentsales.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/shutterstock_7568...⇄ was used in both scams.
