I purchased the CB Timeless Age-Defying Syringe @ Argan Costa Maya Mexico on Monday, Sept 23, 2024 and was told I could return within 30 days if dissatisfied by contacting customer service via their website. I was dissattisfied - the product flaked, cracked and irritated my skin. I attempted to contact customer service thru the email and phone number on the receipt on Sept 30,2024, but the email bounced and the number had been disconnected. I then contacted the costumer service number on the website listed on the box of the product - https://cbgardn.com - to be told that was NOT the return policy and that they were not responsible for transactions thru their distributors.

I have a witness who can verify I was told I had 30 days to return via the WEBSITE customer service if I was not satisfied.

I was also charged $32 in tax at a duty free/tax free port!

The entire transaction, including the product IS A SCAM!

Not only does the product NOT work, this company is scamming people. They are selling to independent merchants with no regulations and no responsibility taken for foul practices and ripping people off.

I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, however, the store I purchased thru - Argan of Costa Maya Mexico - is NOT REAL and they continue to give false information about the transaction.
