I logged into my PayPal account and saw a $5 payment from CB Neptune Holdings LLC - https://www.newsamerica.com/

I don't know this is necessarily a scam; however, I have no reason to receive any money from this company. Additionally, I inadvertently hit something related to this while on the PP site, and immediately a dangerous site warning popped up on my computer.

I was able to successfully have PP remove the payment from my account. I am reporting this in the event this is a phishing scam.

I received $5 to my PayPal from CB Neptune Holdings from a digital rebate from a purchase I made the day before in which I clipped a digital rebate coupon through the store app, so my $5 payment was legitimate and expected. In the rebate details it states the $5 will be sent to the PayPal email address on file.
