My mom received an email from “PayPal security team” saying there was an unauthorized transaction on her PayPal account in the amount of $552.62. They wanted her to fill out some docusign form to initiate a refund. My mother says she hasn’t used PayPal in years. She tried calling the number they provided and an Indian gentleman answered the phone so she hung up. I advised her to ignore it, it’s probably a scam. We checked her bank account and there were no transactions for that amount removed from her funds which was good.Just wanted to report it as a scam
