Online weed delivery. They had me pay off the weed site via cash app. Had me send numerous screen shots of my payment. Then refused to make the delivery unless I paid an insurance fee. They sent me multiple cash apps to pay to. They Refused to give me a refund unless I sent them a video recording of my cash app. They held my goods hostage after I paid for them and paid one of their fees. They said they were hiding around the corner and would not give me the product until I paid them more money.
