Same thing happened to me. I sent the product back via Registered Mail, but never got a refund or heard from them again. Learned a lesson, and it cost me over $250.00.

I ordered the free sample of the Hemp Oil, I also received the cream and they added the gummies but was charged for those. I was suppose to pay S/H for the oil but I ended up paying over $47. When I called and said I will return them for my money back he told me that I will only get back $17 plus the postage to send them back, so he advised me that seeing I have them already to try them out and if I don't like them to send for my money, which is useless anyway, still have to pay to send the empty bottles back. Well, I tried the Hemp skin cream, IT DIDN'T WORK, I tried the gummies, THEY DIDN'T WORK, now I have the oil left. I'm just wondering if I should try it which I have no idea how I can use it. Do you put the 20 drops in the mouth or mix them with food or drink? The best is that anyone offering free stuff, just close the page and keep going. So what I thought that I finally found something that works, I lost $47 instead. This money back guarantee is a lot of bull, that's just to hook you in.

Anyone have an email address for this gummy scam thru Canabury Farms? Please refer to my post here as well for your protection.

Same here, Mike Holmes scam, Got these gummies and they are absolutely horrible and do not work at all. they seem like a sugared jube jube so I think they are fake too. Then 2 months later I get the withdrawal out of my account for the $129.64 as mentioned above. I'm going to get to the bottom of this for sure!

I too ordered the free trial of the gummies and oil and as stated paid the shipping. Then a week later I saw a 129.64 and another debit of 125.44. I called the 1-866-537-7575 and was told that if i sent the items back. I would be reimbursed so I followed their instructions and have yet to be reimbursed. I have called many times and talked to different agents each time. They said the monies was put back in my account and it was not. That is a lot of money to lose and especially being a senior living on limited income
now I have been trying for the past day to try and contact them and a answering machine comes on stating all agents are busy and this is hogwash.

Same thing happened to us and many others. Your Visa or Mastercard will reimburse you for the money as long as you have followed the protocol first and tried to get your money back from the company. Your Visa or Mastercard fraud department will then pursue it for you. We have had success with this.

I fell for this scam on Sept 10. It is the same story as most of the other posts. I hade shipping charges charged to the credit card and on Nov.1, I was shocked to see 2 charges of $129, and $125 charged to my card. The best I could muster from Canabury farms was they would reduce the charges for the product by 50%. I have no desire to return the products, so I guess I'll just take that and learn my lesson. $65 for gummies and $62 for oil is still way too expensive, but I'm not going to fight it ...

The way this "free trial" is operated is a total scam / sham. It is legal and companies will take advantage of it. I don't think there is a way for a consumer to subvert this type of product offer to get the product for only the shipping cost.

BOTTOM LINE:::
If you haven't purchased from Canabury Farms, RUN!
If you fell for the scam like I did, LEARN and accept the 50% off they offer.
TRIAL OFFER scams are just another scam offer... they got us. Let's not fall for their $[censored] again!

Like others ordered the free samples - pay shipping only. They called me and I asked 3 times - is this a subscription as I just wanted to try first and not commit to anything and was assured each time there would be no further charges to my card unless I called to order more product. Six weeks later 2 charges of over $129 show on my Visa. TD has been great about reversing the charges, cancelling my card and issuing me a new one. The fraud dept. at TD says they are getting lots of complaints about this company. Also, they put the charges on your card under different names. They used 5 different company names when de-frauding me.

I fell for the scam, too. Paid for the postage, not realizing I'd be charged the full amount after 14 days. After I contacted the 3rd party, I was told it was in the terms and conditions. If I see this ad come up on Facebook again I will do my best to tell others to stay away from it.

I answered an ad for Hemp Oil on my facebook page with DrOz & Oprah recomending this Hemp Oil for only shipping chrges of 7.11+$7.18+$28.99
Two weeks later my visa had two charges of $129.64 + $125.44
All charges un authorized
Visa sent me a new card & Canabury Farms got the charges on my new visa

YOu can purchase a bottle of their Sample sized products for $7.99. IN NO AREA does it show that this is a monthly subscription.

they charged an additional $298. This is a complete FRAUD and scam.

We cancelled the credit cards and after calling this company for refund, they tried to give us back only %50.

CC returned the money and reported this as fraud, and we returned the garbage.

They should be in Jail trying to do this to a) older people b) during covid.

I ordered CBD oil weeks ago and still haven’t received it. This is a scam, you took my money and in return I have received SFA.

I responded to a Facebook ad for Hemp Gummies and ordered the 'free' sample. No mention that I saw of an ongoing subscription and a charge. 2 weeks later my card was charged $129.64. I tried to dispute the charge, but my credit card company (PC Financial Mastercard) told me I had agreed to a subscription. I suggested cancelling the card, but they told me that if I got a new card the subscription would simply transfer to that card, so no help there. They did give me a different number to call this den of thieves: 888-930-8616. They told me to call, request cancellation of the subscription, and get proof of cancellation. I called and spoke to an agent named Andrea. She explained that I was charged the full price for the product as per their 'terms and conditions', which were definitely not evident on the page. So no refund possible. I requested to stop the subscription and to email proof of cancellation. She agreed. 2 days later, no proof of cancellation has appeared. So today I am going to call again to confirm the subscription cancellation, and to request a proof of cancellation again. This time I will record the call so that I will have audio proof of cancellation when they charge my card again (which they probably will).

I saw an ad on Facebook about three weeks ago. It had Mike Holmes (from Holmes Makes it Right and Holmes on Homes) on the promotional photo and was 'quoting him', saying that he was now involved with a company operating out of Downsview, Ontario, called Canabury Farms. I am really good at spotting scams and phishing. I have saved many friends and acquaintances (even my boss one time) from being scammed. There were no spelling mistakes or telling things in the ad to alert me that it was a scam.

It was for CBD oil, CBD gummies and skin cream that were supposed to help with pain relief, sleep, digestive issues, etc. I have been looking for a good CBD product that has the THC removed. I don't want to get a buzz. I want pain relief. This company offered a trial size of their product (or so I thought). So I thought I would order the gummies and the oil and try them. I noticed that when I clicked about the skin cream that it automatically ordered it, even though I didn't really want it ,but I thought... maybe I was just clumsy and hit the button by mistake. No, I was not.

I get the product and it was not clear on the website that I had to return the unused portions if I didn't like it. I was upset to see that, but I thought, I'll try the product. They said you had to take the product for a little while to get t he benefit. Well, there was absolutely no benefit. I think these products are just placebos. They lied. They also didn't give a clear date on when I had to ship the product back by.

A few days after I received the product, I saw a post on Facebook from Mike Holmes saying that a company was fraudulently using his image and lying about him, saying he is endorsing their CBD products. He doesn't endorse these products at all. They lied directly. **** ********* **** *****. Mike had to go after them to stop them from using his image, but when I investigated further, I found out that they had used the name of one of the hosts of Dragons' Den before, also fraudulently.

So, I was about to ship the products back (at my own expense!) so I wouldn't automatically be billed more for them, but suddenly, these criminals stole $129 out of my bank account. I called them to complain, but the number they gave me only goes to an answering service. They did offer to refund me half of what they took and said that it was my fault for not getting the product back in time, even though there was no way to actually know when I had to have it back by. The CSR also said that I was about to have more money taken out of account too, so I called the bank and had my card cancelled so they can't do that. *********** **** *** ******** ** ****** ******** *** *** ******** ** **** **** ***** ***** ** **** *** **** ***** ***** ******** *** ** **** ******* ** ***** **** *** *** * ******* ** **** **** *** ******** ********* *** *********** When I called customer service and tried to resolve these issues, the person on the other end of the line gave me a spiel and would not listen to what I had to say. She just talked over me and wouldn't let me speak. I called four times. I was treated like garbage. I didn't swear or be mean to the person either. I was just trying to tell them that it was wrong to use Mike Holmes' image and lie about him endorsing their product, and when I did that, she just starting yapping over me and then hung up in my ear. I am not their customer. I'm their victim... and I won't let it happen to others without screaming about it from the rooftops. Canabury Farms isn't real. I won't order any product from now on that has a celebrity endorsement, no matter what it is. * **** **** ***** **** ****** ** ****** ******* *** *** *********** ********* * **** ***** ***** *** **** ** *** ********* *** ***** * ***** **** * ******* ***** ********* ** **** **** ** *** **** **** *** **** ** ********* ** **** ***** ** ****** ******* ** ** ******

On August 8th, I was just browsing through the internet searching for information on medications that can take care of insomnia without side effects , I think I should rather say natural products that can really tackle the problem, that was how I stumbled into the hands of this so called Canabury Farms; not knowing that this people have disguised themselves to rob the innocent ones their hard earned money. This was how this people ended up siphoning my account. The annoying part is that they come with different name which makes it difficult to notice their nefarious activities on someone's account. The first time they came with healthy Lifestyle, Another time they came as Smartclean. Best decribed as Sheep's in wolves clothing.
How did this happen one may ask? I ordered their product, but along the line , I discovered that their gummies was added together with their cream , I called to cancel the gummies only for them to reply that they have received my cancellation notification this was what made me to relax not knowing that this people was up to something. I was not checking my account since I had already cancelled my business with them. It was my bank that notified me about their scamming activities
to cut the whole story short , The bank quickly blocked the account with my consent. I ended up losing up to $368.26 but recovered only $242.8. Please beware of this people they are SCAMMERS in a different form. I hope that government come to the aid of innocent citizens by investigating into this matter. They should be banned from their operation. Don't be carried away with their so called free trial. They are bunch of liars.

To be fair. I read the reports above. I do not remember anything about the recurring subscription nor it's cost. I phoned today, got a customer rep right away. She explained everything and how to cancel the subscription for 2 of the products. The 3rd was not subscription based. She was very helpful with the order number and RMA number. I only have to pay to ship the 2 products back. 1 Oct 2020

I had the exact same scam happen to me. I dealt directly with my credit card company and they refunded everything. I did get an e-mail from Cnaterbury Farms confirming the refunds. The credit card people did not ask too many questions as I am sure they were well aware of the scam. I my case the Facebook add was sponsored by on of the Loion's Den hosts which leant credibility to the add. They even had a sophisticated interview with the personality that was quite convincing. I guess you can do anything with technology today.

On August 18, 2020, I responded to their Facebook ad for trial bottles of Hemp Gummies and Hemp Oil, and agreed to pay the shipping charges for those two products, $7.18 and $7.11, respectively. There was no mention in the ad or on their website of an ongoing account, that I would be charged the full price for those two products after 14 days, charges which were made in early September on my VISA of $125.44 and $129.64. Neither was there any mention of continuing shipments, for which my VISA was charged 2 weeks later, for $132.62 and $136.75, respectively. The business names used to charge my VISA were "HealthyNature" and "NaturalLifestyle", not Canabury Farms.

I called their office as soon as I discovered the VISA charges to cancel any and all orders, none of which I made (other than the initial trial bottles on August 18). I also had to cancel my VISA card and obtain a replacement. I will be returning any shipments of products I receive forthwith, and expect a full refund for the charges made to my VISA account, totalling over $500. If this refund is not forthcoming, I will be opening a fraud dispute with my VISA company.

Why isn't this dishonest business practice illegal?
