Charged for a weight loss product I never ordered

I received a product from Calorie Keto that just calls itself keto on the bottle. It is a weight loss product. My husband and I discovered that we had been the victims of fraud initially on my husbands account. So I went to my account and found three charges for $129.87. All three charges had different company names listed. Lovely lad, 12 strik & Lightning. The phone number attached to one of the charges was 888-522-7523 so I called that number. I was told that I ordered the product and never contacted them to say how the trial went or to cancel, therefore, I was entered into a monthly membership. They state that they then sent me a second delivery and the third is on its way now. I told them that I did not order the product and that I only have one delivery not two and that I did not want the third delivery and he told me that he would give me a 50% discount if I would continue my membership. I declined stating again that I never ordered it and I did not desire it. I told him that I wanted to return the one bottle I had to them for a credit and he told me they don’t allow returns. I said well how about that second delivery that I never got and he told me that he has a USPS delivery receipt and that he trusts that instead of what I am saying. When I asked about the shipment that is on its way, he stated that I have to pay for it because it’s already been shipped. I said well, I will just write on their return to sender credit account. He said you can send it back to us if you want but it’s not gonna change anything as far as the charge goes and told me I would receive no credits at all. I asked if they have a guarantee when someone orders and he said they don’t guarantee the product. They guarantee the weight loss results. I told him that was ridiculous. They couldn’t guarantee results and he told me that he can because this is the best product in the world. When I inquired about these ridiculous company names listed on my account and asked what their actual company name is. He stated that it is called calorie keto and they have 250 products. He stated that if I didn’t want this product, I would’ve contacted them sooner. I told him if he knew about the medical emergency we had suffered in November he would understand why I am just now realizing that I was scammed and had fraud going on in my account. I asked if that would make any difference and he said no because we don’t allow returns anyway. He stated that I should be grateful that he was willing to cancel my membership.

I told him that the one bottle I did receive is still sealed and asked him again to assist in someway and he said he had already assisted me and then was a complete smart [censored] and said oh are you asking me to sign you back up for the best product in the world? I told him he was being a [censored] and that I couldn’t believe the way I had been treated on this call. Certainly a waste of breath on my part, as he seemed to think the whole situation was quite funny. He stated that if I had any common sense at all, I would realize that the story I was telling him made no sense at all, and that it was a pleasure to have been able to assist me, as he went to great lengths to cancel this membership for me. I asked him for the phone number and website of calorie keto as he identified it as their main corporation. He stated that he could not supply such important information over the telephone since this was an unsecured line, but I would receive an email regarding the cancellation of my membership.
