When I placed my order with BYZA.com, a delivery date was provided. When the delivery date rolled around the order still had zero updates. Reached out to the seller via their contact form and their business Instagram and received no responses. After a week, I filed a charge back with my bank for the $99 I lost, at which point the seller started e-mailing me from [email protected], calling me names for filing a chargeback, saying they were overwhelmed and quoting the bible at me. They have refused to cancel or refund the order and have chosen to harass me with their religious doctrine instead.
