I need your help with a business from Wayzata, MN. It CLAIMS to be from Walnut Grove, MN HOWEVER, THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE ME A REFUND ON Women’s clothing I ordered. It took forever to receive the women’s outfit and pair of shoes. The outfit was cut weird, half of the top was gone, ragged material, and un-wearable. They asked me to pay a high return/restocking fee, then I was required to send back to a CHINA address, at my own expense. Even though this business has a warehouse in MN.

The website advertised a clothing store in Minnesota with "hassle free" 30 day returns. When I ordered no confirmation email ever arrived. Finally product arrived after several weeks that looked like a 10 year old sewed it. They were comically too large and the poorest quality that I've ever seen. When I requested a refund they told me that I have to mail them back to China and pay a 15% restocking fee. Ridiculous! The address that they sent my post office says isn't even real. I have tried to request a US return address but the company refuses. Their headquarters is in Wyoming and their store states Minnesota. This should be illegal.

I ordered an extra small dress and received an extra extra large. When I attempted to contact the company to make a return, their phone number had been disconnected and no one has responded to my email.
