This was an online ad for a remineralizing gum that promised a full refund and 100% satisfaction. The product was to come quickly and in a box set up. When it arrived, weeks later from China, it was in two small plastic bags. The gum itself was half the size depicted in the ads. The package also had multiple misspelled words and lacked any true business language. When contacted for a return, they offered to replace the product, ignored the concerns and ignored the request for full refund. Then they came up to 40% refund and eventually 50% refund. They are not a legitimate company and they are using false advertising to obtain customer's money.

They advertised healthy remineralizing gum that is supposed to be natural and good for your teeth. They advertise satisfaction or money back guarantee. I placed my order on November 27. I emailed a complaint on December 5, requesting a refund and to cancel the order. The first time I heard from them after a purchase confirmation on November 27, was on December 6. I received an email saying my order was shipped.

I received a tracking number that goes to m.17track.net and does not load.

I received an email on December 7th responding to my cancellation/refund request in which they told me the order could not be cancelled because it had shipped before I requested the refund which is not true because I requested the refund the day before they claimed it shipped.

The package tracking link does not work and it has been 8 days since they claim to have shipped the product and I haven’t received the product or an update.

Larineco is advertised as natural remineralizing chewing gum. I ordered the product and it took double the stated time to ship, and when the product finally did come, it was not gum. I tried several pieces of the so called gum and it was insanely hard like a hard piece of candy, and when i was able to break it, it just dissolved immediately. Not gum. I then reached out to the company support email in which they have barely replied and are refusing to fully refund my money. They even admitted to having to recall the product and will still not refund it.

The product is supposed to be chewing gum. It’s just cubes that dissolve in your mouth. Not sure the actual ingredients but it’s not what’s on the box. I ate 3 pieces before I googled info on it. Other people with the same experience.

It came from China yet the physical address is apparently 9210 Charles Smith Ave, Rancho Cucamonga CA, 91730 according to the website.

I have asked for a refund so will see what happens. This is brutal. They need to be shut down. I hope I didn’t ingest poison. :(

Larineco advertised remineralizing gum on Instagram. I purchased 4 boxes. It is NOT gum, they are melts, and the packaging is illegal. no lot #, no company information, no contact info, just ingredients. Sold me a false product. They have no contact # and the email is [email protected].

This company is falsely advertising a product as a 'remineralizing' chewing gum, aimed at improving oral health and remineralizing teeth. The product I received is a box of rock candy chunks dropshipped from china. They even reused the bubble mailer with the dropship details from china still on it, and covered it up with a USPS sticker. They charge a steep $40 per box, making bold claims about their product, whilst advertising it using STOLEN, uncredited, tik tok videos created by an unaffiliated small business selling a different gum product.

Larine has onlined ads for a remineralizing gum made from tree sap on instagram. I went direct to their website and purchased four packs for US$59. They claimed their product was made in the US and shipped from the US and the tracking showed China. I emailed them and they said that that was an error. Sure enough the package arrived with the gum and it was fake, made of sugar. Was a knock off of Nathan & Sons Underbrush Gum (www.tryunderbrush.com) with fake packaging and everything and had a "LARINECO" sticker on the plastic wrap. It even had MINT mispelled as MIMT.

Total scam company.
