Lied about How long they have been in business

Multiple robo-calls.
Finally responded so I could get them to stop calling and leaving messages.
Guy pleaded they were not a scam but then lied about how long they were in business. He said over 10 years but looks like they just opened in 2021so 2 years tops...
What else do they lie about ? ? ?

My experience Is quite similar to the above. First time they submitted my application. Had the wrong information on it. Second time they submitted my application. They sent it with some other guys taxes . Third time information was incorrect again. The fourth time they finally got it right. Then two weeks went by after that and they sent me a phone call saying the dynamics have changed. And most likely most people that we have been trying to help won’t get the idle long great. They told me that they didn’t have time to call the government to find out the status of the loan. Ridiculous they charge $2500. Which I realize acknowledge and signed a contract for them to do it for me. But they did not hold up to their end of the deal. If I am facilitating the contracts remaining that is the paperwork and making the calls. That is to Complete this loan process. Then a serious reduction in the loan cost is absolutely necessary. I will move forward with filing a legal complaint against them. If they do not respond me in a reasonable amount of time regarding a reduction in the cost for services it’s completely unacceptable I have called her numerous times send texts and emails and I get zero responses

And all in all the website is only five months but it seems to be legit for the most part that being said there is a clause in the contract that says that the contract is upheld in terms with the New Mexico law. So be aware in addition you are giving your routing number and your bank information on this contract .
