This is a Groupon deal where you pay $5 for 1 lb of Bully Sticks, "One time offer", you pay $5 and get a redemption code. When you go to the website you put in your redemption code and then have to pay an additional shipping fee of $8. They save your credit card information and you have to agree to a recurring subscription which you are supposed to be able to cancel at anytime. Now the issues begin. A week later they send you an email stating that they are out of stock and will send you a "replacement" with some other type of dog treat. A few more days go by and they send you another email stating that they don't have those promised replacement treats available but they will soon. Another week goes by and they send another email stating that they are still waiting to receive a shipment of products so that they can fulfill customers orders. Now three weeks have gone by and they state you can email them and they will issue you a refund and cancel your recurring subscription. So you email them and they state they will issue you a refund that day and cancel your subscription. A week later I still haven't received my refund but I happen to get an email saying now they have inventory and they are going to fulfill my order, which mind you was supposed to be cancelled and refunded 7 days ago?????? So I reply to the email that I want my $8 refund and my subscription cancelled as requested last week. Not 30 minutes go by and I get an alert from my credit card company that this company is trying to charge my card for $47!!!!! I logged into my account on their website where there is no option to remove my credit card info or cancel my subscription. There is no phone number to call to reach someone directly and my account says refunded which is false. The email address is just an automatic reply email where no one personally ever contacts you back. So now I'm going to be stuck calling my credit card company every month to dispute a $47 charge because this company will not stop billing me. OR I have to cancel my credit card. I cannot imagine how many other people are going through this right now. This fake company is stealing hundreds of dollars from people.
