I was receiving a phone call for a debt on a credit card that I don't have they said that there is a judgment against my name and that I owed them $104,000 for this credit card I never had a card with Citibank my ex-husband had one and he is deceased and we never had a credit limit that high besides that credit card or that debt is over 15 to 20 years old so I know it's past the statue of limitations in New Jersey I'm not living in New Jersey they said they were going to garnish my social security they were going to freeze my bank account I never received anything from any courts or any court documents from this it says Brennan on the voicemail but it is not Brennan I checked with my credit repair I have no idea who these people are the man was very nasty he was arguing with me on the phone and this is not legit she told me to contact you and report this
