I ordered a pair of Hey Dude shoes and never received them. Tracking shows they were delivered to an address in Louisiana. I live in New York State. When I contacted the company, I was told it was my responsibility to contact the shipping company and take care of it myself. I have received several emails, in broken English, stating they are sorry, and were going to help. I placed my order on May 7, 2025. The last email from the company was on June 16. I have demanded a refund, but have received no response.
