Placed an order through website for hard to find Lego’s. Order placed on site, no payment taken but an invoice is generated. Scammer texts customer about order. Scammer only takes payment via manual entry (credit card, PayPal,etc) and says it’s safe. Scammer later says the customer has to pay for shipping. $150 upfront and will be refunded when delivered. Scammer uses a “3rd party”affiliate using “UPS” as a delivery service. Delivery service used, Global Service Agency, as the shipper. Scammer blocks customer and never refunds money.
