Breezemax advertises the Breezemax as a compact air conditioner that can cool any room in 3 minutes. However after inspecting the device upon arrival we found that its operation is on the level of only a fan. It has no genuine air conditioner parts. After requesting a return and refund we were told that the return costs were our responsibility. No return labels nor a US return site to ship the item was provided. Upon receiving the return address from Breezemax, it was located in Hong Kong China and the cost to return the device exceeded $460. Obviously it is not cost effective to return the item at over 75% of the total cost and I believe the company knows this before sending the item to the purchasers. This is a very cheap and deceiving scam and Breezemax should be prevented from operating in the US.
