I purchased Breathe Green Nano Sparkle, which are some car cleaning cloths. I received the cloths, but was also charged a monthly subscription fee of $9.99. I checked my original purchase and did not sign up for any additional service nor did I receive a service. The charge on my credit card statement was from GeneralLifestyleShop.

I called to have the "subscription" ended and asked for my money back. Hazel, the customer service rep said they would end the subscription & that I could be refunded the last two months. I'll keep an eye on my statement to see if both of those things occur.
