I purchased a jersey and used PayPal to pay for it. I received a tracking number for USPS. When I noticed an issue I got in touch with USPS who said the tracking number that I was given was not for my package. I contacted PayPal who immediately refunded me my purchase. I tried a number of times to contact the seller who has not responded
