This company reported that they would ship within a number of days and I paid for faster shipping. Then I tried to cancel order because they didn't ship, they wouldn't let me cancel. The item then finally came a month later and they won't let me return it. There is no phone number for customer service. The site makes you believe it's located here in the US but all the items were shipped from China.

The clothes on the website shows high quality material and details but what you receive are Halloween quality dress up clothes. They do not look like the product on the website.
