Earlier today, I texted a stylist off the app TikTok. I asked stylist for a hairstyle for my locks. They didn’t answer my contact, and I gave them my number for easier communication after that. We had a complete conversation that we came to a settlement in an agreement on the price and the deposit, however they added on extras and everything so I decided to cancel the appointment so no more hit fee with an issue. I did later asked for a refund, and I got blocked in no no response.
