When I ordered from Blyss.com there was supposed to be option to cancel. When I received notice that a shipment was going to be sent out, I immediately sent email to cancel at [email protected]. An email immediately replied to me wanting to change send date, quanity, etc. I replied no, just cancel. They sent instructions to go to cancel screen. Instructions said you get a 6 digit code, I followed instruction exactly as written. Only received a 4 digit code and no cancel screen. No cancel screen ever came up. Again I emailed and told them to cancel and their instructions did not work. They sent me same instructions. I did try again this, same results, no cancellation page. I emailed them again and told them their cancellation page was not working and to cancel. No reply from them ever came. I emailed them 5 times to cancel subscription. The is not a phone number listed to call them.
