I lost money in the original transaction because I was misled. I could prove this because i had their miscommunication and exaggerations in writing. I had to pay an exorbitant amount to get out of the contract.

I just received a text which was misleading. I searched and found it to be a scam. Bluegreen Resorts is a scam company that continues to take advantage of people from the sale of a time share that misrepresent to years later with scam emails. I'm not allowed to publicly discuss their business practices, but the ScamPulse.com should be aware of their business practices.
