I noticed a charge on my credit card. for a year membership. I called and cancelled immediately. Blue Mountain said I could not be refunded after a two day auto renew period for the remaining year as they have a non refundable policy. This does not appear to be in compliance to the CT Consumer Protection Policy of refunding during a billing period.
