I bought a product online from BloomieBlankets.com. This product took longer than usual to arrive, then realized it was being delivered by some obscure shipper from China. Once the product was received it was very poor quality, and defective. I tried to initiate a return, but didn’t get any response. I left a review on trustpilot explaining the situation along with seeing may others who had the same thing happen. I did hear back from them apologizing and saying there will be a follow up email with instructions, however did not receive yet, even after attempting to reach out again multiple times to [email protected]. I lost $90.
