I ordered flowers from Bloom Flower Delivery, paid an extra fee to have them delivered same day (9/1/26). When I had not received delivery confirmation I reached out and was told that the order had been pushed out to be delivered another day. I told them if they could not be delivered that day then I wanted to cancel. I was told my order was cancelled and a refund would be in my account within 1-6 business days, however the refund never came and the business apparently delivered flowers on 09/04/2026 after telling me the order was cancelled.

The company was to deliver flowers. They claimed to have done so, but did not. They claim to be checking on it with the florist and driver. They have been claiming that now for days.
