The buyer from Blacklord.co reached out to my realtor to purchase my property. The buyer made a down payment, had the title company transfer the deed without paying the balance owed of $122,000. The buyer used fraudulent LLC's/business names and addressed. The buyer used multiple phones numbers and email addresses like [email protected]. After the buyer breached the contract he rented the property out and stopped all contact with myself trying to steal my property. The buyer and title company are involved in a civil conspiracy.
