Type of a scam Investment
I was then enticed to purchase a larger contract with even larger profits promised. After purchasing several contracts ranging in price from $10 to $3,000., I went to my account and tried to withdraw $100 of the promised $881.60 profit that I was to earn with the current contract I had with the company. Imagine my shock when I was denied the withdrawal! I proceeded to bring up the details of my contract to see what was going on and WHAM, I was punched right in the gut! The unscrupulous crooks had changed the details of the contract I had purchased by adding a statement at the end of the details page stating that this was a “serial contract” and I needed to purchase 10 more like contracts in order to receive any funds. This included my $2,900 initial deposit.
Needless to say, I was devastated! I have tried corresponding with KSD Miner but have gotten nowhere. They just keep telling me that I need to deposit more money to pay for ten more contracts. Like that is going to happen. I even have proof that I was ripped off by these creeps. I took screenshots of the original contract that I purchased (with no “serial contract” stipulation) and the contract after it was altered by them. Their response was that I was being fraudulent and trying to “trick” them. Can you imagine – for a crummy $100?
I have been battling them for some time now about this situation but am getting nowhere. Since they are located in the UK and I am in the USA, I cannot really bring a law suit against them. My only recourse is to reach out to the public to discredit this bunch for the scammers that they are, and hope (and pray) that there are others out there who have also been taken advantage of by these [censored] who will let their voices be heard. Perhaps someone located in the UK can take up the mantel and sue the crap out of this crooked company. They deserve to be punished for taking advantage of innocent investors, of which I am one.
