I saw an ad on Facebook for coffin shaped bookshelves on sale for roughly $44. I ordered 2, but the charge was from "Bissies" not the website name Bippies. I sent an email to the company asking why the charge was not from the company name and got no response. I called my bank to stop payment, but was told that since I authorized the charge by ordering from them I had to wait a minimum of 5 business days and then I could call back to dispute the charge for goods not received. I called the number on the website 4 times on different days during office hours, every time it was a recording that they were closed and to call back during normal business hours and couldn't leave a voicemail. I emailed the company an hour after ordering requesting to cancel, no response to any of the 4 emails I sent. Looking into it further, the website had stolen pictures from a private Etsy shop and pasted fake reviews onto the pictures for their own website. Actual retail of the shelves for sale was $2,000-$5,000 from the creator/Etsy shop. Facebook refused to shut down the seller, but said I could block them so I wouldn't receive notifications from them. It looks like their website might already be shut down. If it's too good to be true, it usually is. Beware of Bippies/Bissies!
