I booked a hotel room in Charlotte through Billabook in January. 1 day before my reservation, Billabook returned my money to the bank signaling automatic cancellation to me. I rebooked for the 2-day stay through another company….never using Billabook since my money had been returned. Now, Billabook has charged my bank for the 2-day stay $733. Billabook is a scam and my bank, Chase, will not return the money.
