They sent an email stating tha I won an item from harbor freight, only paying for delivery $10.63 wich I agreed, I noticed another charge for $41.44 the next day, I sent them a text explainig I didn't sign up for any membership or exta service and I wanted it ro be cancelled and get reinbused for my money since they are not even harbor freight, they only agreed ro give me back $22.00 Dollars because of their policy, I agreed ro get back the $22.oo but they kept the rest of my money. I don't know what to do from here
